Dr. Andrea Bowens-Jones is an award-winning leader and inspirational speaker with nearly 20 years of experience empowering individuals and organizations to reach their highest potential. A former Section Head (Director) at Procter & Gamble, she brings a proven track record in leadership development and team performance.

Dr. Andrea left her corporate career in 2015 to pursue her passion for personal growth. She is the founder of IDG Vision Coaching & Training, delivering personal and professional development services that equip leaders to grow with confidence, build high-performance teams, communicate with impact, and lead with purpose.

Known for her dynamic and engaging style, Dr. Andrea has inspired global audiences — from the IABC World Conference to the Blacks in Government National Convention. She lives in metro Atlanta with her husband and three daughters.
